Why did you choose Gordon State College? I wanted to be with friends, my friends, be in a small community, and be close to home.

What do you plan to do after graduation? I plan to go to graduate school for my Master's Degree.

What activities are you involved in on campus?  I lived on campus for the first year here. Now I commute and help out in clubs. I lead Chemistry Club and am on the council for the Honors Program. I also was a tutor on campus for 3 semesters.

Where is your favorite study spot? Everywhere! Library, amphitheater, Russell Hall, and IC are always great options.

Where is your favorite hangout? I have many friends who live on campus, so we like to be in the dorms or at the dining hall.

Favorite comfort food? Anything sweet.

What is your favorite book? The Teaching Gap by James W. Stigler and James Hiebert.

What is your favorite line from a movie? "You is smart. You is kind. You is important."

Who would play you in a movie version of your life? Kimiko Glenn

What is your favorite childhood memory? Playing at the park behind my house with my brothers

What did you want to be when you were a kid? Pediatrician 

What does it mean to you to be part of the Highlander community? It means to represent our college with our character and grit. I love to make friends with peers and see them on campus. I love hosting study sessions. And, I love befriending professors.
