Meet Johnathon Nash; a management & administration major from Madison, GA.
Drawn by its strong academic programs and reputation, Nash joined Gordon State College in the fall of 2022. He plans to start a small business and pursue corporate managerial roles after graduating, leveraging the business management skills he gained at Gordon.
His favorite course was communication, due to its relevance in business management, while he found calculation-heavy courses the most challenging. Key highlights of Nash's academic journey at Gordon include discovering his passion and achieving academic excellence. Excelling in his courses inspired him to work harder and pursue his dreams.
Nash is actively involved in various organizations including the Rotaract club, the National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and the Honor Society. He also serves as the secretary of the Human Service Club.
He enjoys leadership roles and networking. In his free time, he reads business materials and spends time in the library. Nash values being part of the Highlander community and advises new students to focus and utilize Gordon’s resources to achieve academic success.
