Color Printing
Color printing is available in the Instructional Complex computer lab room 107. The cost of printing in color is 50 cents per page. Follow the instructions below to print a document in color.

In the application you are working with (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader), choose Print to open the Print dialog box.

Within the Print dialog box, click the Printer Name drop-down box at the top and choose the printer \\hawk\HP4K_10769. DO NOT choose this printer if you only want to print in black and white. The default printer will only charge 5 cents per page.
- After choosing the color printer HP4K_10769 as shown above, make any additional changes needed and then click OK to print**.

A Windows message balloon tip will appear at the bottom-right of the screen indicating that your document is now being held in a release station queue.

** Duplex printing is not available on the color printer.
Release Station Instructions
Enter your Gordon network user name and password on the logon screen at the release station.
Once you have logged into the release station, you should see all of your print jobs in a queue.
You should see the document that you chose to print from the color printer listed in the queue. The document will show hawk\HP4K_10769 as the desired printer as shown above.
Click on Print under the Action column for the document you have selected to print in color.
The color printer in the Instructional Complex computer lab is located in the center of the release station console table. Once the print job is released, your account balance will be reduced by 50 cents for EACH color page. The released document will print from the color printer in the center of the table.
If you have print jobs that you do not want to print, you can choose to cancel them.
