To Order Official Transcripts
Gordon State College transcripts are now available through Parchment, which allows you to conveniently order, send and track your transcript. Transcripts cannnot be released if there is a hold on your account. Use the Check App Status tool to view any holds you may have.
The official transcript documents produced by Parchment are official documents and contain all pertinent course information as recorded by Gordon State College. Please click on the icon below to enter your order. We regret that we no longer accept transcript requests via fax, mail or email.
If you are requesting a transcript to include end of term final grades or degree, please select “Hold for Grades” or “Hold for Degree”. Your transcript will be processed once end of term process is complete at the conclusion of the semester.
If an attachment is to be included with your transcript, it must be uploaded to the Parchment website along with your transcript request. The Registrar's Office does not have the capability to upload documents.
