- Official Transcript(s)
- High School Transcripts - Transcripts must be sent to GSC Admissions from your high school to be considered official. High school transcripts may be sent through GAFutures. We are unable to provide college credit shown on your high school transcript and a college transcript is required.
- College Transcripts - Transcripts must be sent to GSC Admissions for you to receive credit for courses taken outside of GSC. You do not need to request a transcript if you have only taken classes at Gordon State.
- Test Scores
- The USG dual enrollment test score requirements are waived for 11th and 12th graders through Summer 2025. Test scores are no longer required for acceptances purposes, but may be sent for course placement. Please click here to view the USG Dual Enrollment Placement Requirements for English and Math courses. The ACCUPLACER is given through the Gordon State College testing center on the main campus.
- Please visit the GAfutures Dual Enrollment Eligibility page for additional information on the requirements for the Dual Enrollment Funding Program. Students in the 9th grade are not eligible for program funding. Students in the 10th grade must have a minimum SAT Total score of 1200 or a minimum ACT Composite score of 26 in a single national test administration to be eligible for funding while attending a USG institution.
- Immunization Records
- Per the Board of Regents - University System of Georgia, you are required to meet the immunization requirements prior to the start of enrollment. Please download and complete the linked Immunization Record and submit to GSC Admissions. You may also obtain your Immunization Records from your doctor. You may securely upload your immunization records at www.gordonstate.edu/adm-docs.
