The mission of the Nursing Program is to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skills required by entry-level professional nurses to give direct care to clients across the lifespan in a variety of health care settings.
Nursing Program Accreditation and Approval
The Gordon State College Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) Program has full approval by the Georgia Board of Nursing. The ASN program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
