Bachelor of Science in Nursing RN-BSN
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN-BSN Completion) is an articulation program which offers registered nurses the opportunity to obtain this degree through an RN-BSN Completion Program. The program emphasizes professional development, research, health promotion, community health, and leadership. The program which requires 120 semester hours of credit for graduation includes completion of 61 semester hours of USG core curriculum, 31 semester hours of articulation credit from an accredited associate or diploma program in nursing, 15 semester hours of upper division nursing credit through eCampus courses, and 13 semester hours of upper division nursing credit through GSC courses. Courses required for the RN-BSN completion program are designed using a combination of online (synchronous/asynchronous) instruction and clinical experiences. After admission, students will typically complete the program in three consecutive semesters.
