Federal Work Study (FWS) is a federally funded program that provides part-time job opportunities for eligible students with financial need. 📝 How to Participate in Federal Work Study

1️⃣ Apply for Financial Aid
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.gov and indicate interest in Federal Work Study.

2️⃣ Check Eligibility
Eligibility is based on financial need and determined through your FAFSA. If eligible, FWS will appear in your financial aid package.

3️⃣ Accept Your Award
Log in to your student financial aid portal and accept your Federal Work Study award.

4️⃣ Find a Job

5️⃣ Start Working
Once hired, you’ll receive a regular paycheck based on hours worked. Federal Work Study earnings are paid directly to you, so you decide how to use them.
