Retention Rates

First time, full-time enrolled undergraduate retention rates are used as one measure of student achievement at Gordon State College. The established 2025 target for first-year undergraduate student retention is 55.2%. For Fall 2024-2025, institutional performance is noted below.

Graduation Rates

Gordon State College monitors undergraduate graduation rates for first-time, full-time enrolled students as a measure of undergraduate student achievement. The established 2025 target is a 20.5% six year graduation rate for 2023-2024, institutional performance is noted below.

Graduation Rates (National Student Clearinghouse)

In addition to traditional graduation rates, Gordon State College monitors a graduation rate that includes data from the National Student Clearinghouse. This data takes into account not only first-time full-time enrolled students that complete a degree at Gordon State College but also those that transfer to other institutions and complete an academic credential. The established 2025 target is a 46.4% six year graduation rate for 2024-2025, institutional performance is noted below.

The pass rates for licensing and certification examinations are monitored as a measure of student achievement in applicable professional programs.
