Gordon State College Partners With Aladdin Campus Dining
By Karolina Philmon, GSC Marketing Manager
Gordon State College has partnered with Aladdin Campus Dining effective summer of 2023 in which Aladdin will manage and execute a high-quality campus dining experience at all GSC dining venues, retail spaces and Highlander Hall.
The partnership will introduce new and innovative technology including digital menu boards with fresh and made-to-order meals that are prepared by executive chefs, 24/7 menu accessibility for expedited mobile food ordering and delivery, as well as motorized carts at all concession stands.
Aladdin will bring about gluten-free and vegan options with their BeWell interactive program, and GSC athletes will have specialized menu options specific to their active lifestyle and performance needs with Aladdin’s Fueled program.
“Aladdin’s signature brands are reflective of today’s campus dining eating trends where global foods, healthier eating and vegan lifestyles are at the forefront,” said Grace Hoyer, Aladdin’s public relations manager. “Rotating global fare will inspire students to explore cultural flavors from dining stations like the Mongolian Grill that features foods that are full of variety prepared with fresh proteins and crispy vegetables.”
In addition to Aladdin’s various health programs, an allergen free station called A-Zone will be available to accommodate GSC diners with food allergies.
“Our dietitians work collaboratively with students to create plans that best meet their dietary needs so they, too, can enjoy their campus dining experience,” Hoyer said.
Furthermore, GSC diners will get to experience Aladdin’s daily action station with opportunities to learn a culinary skill. Their Micro Market will offer on-the-go diners the convenience of a self-serve option along with a self-checkout kiosk
