Gordon State Challenge Course

The Gordon State College Challenge Course provides an opportunity to enhance leadership and team-building skills for the community. Working in small groups, our professional and certified facilitators lead participants to experience a variety of physical, mental, social and intellectual challenges. The course includes high and low elements designed to endow users with powerful learning experiences, taking them outside of their comfort zones to create a unique adventure.

The challenge course is a great way to bring together or strengthen any group. This course can provide a meaningful experience to summer camps, scout troops, athletics, schools, church groups, student organizations, civic and corporate teams.

Cost and Contact Information

Reservations must be scheduled through the Continuing & Professional Education Office at least four weeks in advance. Full payment must be received three weeks prior to the event in order to complete the reservation. Rates vary depending on the agreement contract and the number of participants. Our program offers both half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) challenge course sessions.

Requirements

All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver or will not be eligible to participate in any way in the activities presented. Participants are expected to disclose any pertinent medical or health-related issues to the staff to ensure the safest possible situation for all involved.
