Scheduled Downtimes
The list below displays scheduled system upgrades and maintenance downtimes on the Gordon State College campus. Refer to this calendar frequently for pre-planning purposes. Dates are subject to change. You can also refer to the University System of Georgia (USG) Services Status page at http://status.usg.edu/ for updates on services such as GeorgiaVIEW Vista, Galileo, GeorgiaFIRST, etc.
Please note: the 1st and 3rd weekend of each month are reserved for Banner system maintenance activities between 10 pm Friday to 7 am Saturday.

| 2/26/2018 | Degree Work Maintenance | Degree Works downtime for Monday February 26 starting at 7 am until Thursday March 1st 11:59pm for the purpose of installing upgrades. |

| 3/18/2014 | R25/Webviewer Downtime | We will be migrating the R25 database to a new server starting on March 18, 2014. R25 and the Webviewer (Public Calendar and Campus Event Calendar - Facility Request) will be unavailable beginning at 12:30 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. on March 19th. |
| 3/7/2014 | Banner Scheduled Maintenance | Computer Services will be moving the Banner database to a new sever starting March 8, 2014. The system will be unavailable from 2:00 AM Saturday, March 8th until 8:00 AM Tuesday, March 10th. During this time, the following systems will not be available (Banner INB, Banner Web, Crystal Web, Bosscars, Faculty web pages, Faculty/Staff directory) |
| 12/8/2013 | Banner Maintenance | Banner and Banner INB will be down for maintenance Sunday, December 8th, 2013. Services are expected to be restored by 12:00 p.m (noon) that same day. |
| 3/11/2013 | R25 Event Management System Upgrade | Computer Services will be performing an upgrade on the R25 Event Management System on Monday, March 11. The Campus and Public Event Calendar (Facility Request) will be unavailable during this time. We hope to have it completed by the end of the day. The campus will be notified when the system is back up. |
| 3/2/2013 | Banner Upgrades | Banner will be down beginning at 2:00 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013 for scheduled upgrades. This will affect Banner, Banner Web, Crystal Web, R25, Bosscars, online class schedules, some online forms, and the faculty/staff/department directory. The system should be back available by Saturday afternoon. |
| 9/21/2011 | WebXtender and Banner Downtime | Beginning September 21, 2011, WebXtender will be unavailable for upgrades until Friday September 23, 2011. Some Banner downtimes will be required during the upgrade. These downtimes will affect Banner INB, Banner Web, Crystal Web, R25, Bosscars, online class schedules, some online forms, and the faculty/staff/department directory. More information on exact times will be posted. |
