Phillips Selected As GCAA Pitcher-of-the-Week

Kaylee Phillips of Gordon State College has been selected as the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA) Pitcher-of-the-Week for games played from February 8-14.

Phillips (Dalton, Ga. / Ringgold HS) pitched four innings to earn the save in GSC's 4-2 win over Southern Union State Community College (Ala.).

In her four innings pitched in the circle, Phillips allowed just one earned run while striking out one and didn't walk a batter.

 

The Gordon State College Department of Athletics is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA).
