Lady Highlanders to Face Cape Fear Community College in District Championship Game

UPDATE:Highlanders WIN! 2-1 in a double overtime. Our fabulous ladies will face the winner of today's Eastern Florida State vs Spartanburg Methodist College game.

Friday Nov. 1
Game 1: 12:30pm Cape Fear (home) vs. Gordon State (Away) GORDON WINS 2-1
Game 2: 3:00pm Eastern Florida State (home) vs. Spartanburg Methodist College (Away)

Saturday Nov. 2
Game 3: 12:30pm GORDON HIGHLANDERS vs Winner Game 2

The Gordon State College Soccer team – GCAA Region 17 Conference Champions – will play game 1 of the District Championship against Cape Fear Community College Friday, Nov. 2 at Spartanburg Methodist College. The game starts at 12:30.

The winner will advance to play on Saturday, Nov. 3 against the winner of the Eastern Florida State vs. Spartanburg Methodist College game.

Spartanburg Methodist College is at 1000 Powell Mill Road, Spartanburg, S.C. 27589.

The winner of the District Championship will advance to the NJCAA National Tournament in Foley, Ala. November 12-17.
