Gordon State Expands Offerings in Griffin
Gordon State College is expanding its course offerings at its Griffin location to better serve students and their needs.
Offered during the day and in the evening, the courses can help a student meet graduation requirements, help high school students start their college career early through the Accel program, or help an adult learner return to the college classroom.
"We are excited to offer these additional classes in Griffin," said Tamara Boatwright, Gordon State College spokesperson. "The convenience and assortment of classes at the Gordon State at Griffin campus complement our offerings on the main campus in Barnesville."
Courses offered include a hybrid biology course, two afternoon English courses and five evening classes on subjects ranging from psychology to precalculus.
All Gordon State at Griffin classes are offered on the UGA Griffin campus off Experiment Street.
