Higgins Graduates USG's Executive Leadership Institute

Peter Higgins, director of student success at Gordon State College, recently graduated from the Executive Leadership Institute of the University System of Georgia.

The ELI is a comprehensive 120-hour development program facilitated by leading experts in leadership. Participating scholars enhance their leadership skills to prepare for potential high-level advancement within the University System.

"I was honored to be selected to participate in such a prestigious program," said Higgins. "I learned a lot about leadership and a lot about myself. I am eager to utilize these things to the betterment of student success and Gordon State College."

Higgins has been at Gordon since 2002 and director of the Student Success Center since 2008.
