Art Work On Display at Callaway Gardens
The work of Gordon State College Professor of Art Marlin Adams is on display as part of the Realist Revival Art Exhibit at the Virginia Hand Callaway Discovery Center at Callaway Gardens through Sunday, August 31.
Also featured is the work of Shelby Kasulka, one of Adams' students.
"This show is a collection of realistic landscapes, still lifes, portraits and sculptures, which capture the beauty of the world we live in," according to the Callaway Gardens website. "Marlin Adams and Shelby Kasulka express their passion for life, nature, fascinating people, and the world around them using vibrant colors and inspired grace that takes you to a place of peace and joy. Their awe-inspiring art is deeply rooted in their love of the outdoors and the beauty of nature."
"There are more than 90 pieces on view, some of which have never been shown before," Adams said.
