Job Summary:The Clerk performs clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of customer orders, payable and receivable transactions. *Answer phone calls and emails from customers *Process orders and make adjustments to orders that have changes or problems *Handle shipping issues and help customers track items if needed *Open customer accounts by recording account information. Update information as needed *Call customers when necessary to advise regarding shipment delay or product replacements *Create Excel spreadsheets for incoming inventory items *Administrative duties as needed
Job Qualifications:*High School Diploma or equivalent is acceptable *Knowledge of office software is a huge plus *Experience in transportation is a plus.
