Tonya Y. Moore

Tonya Moore has worked with Gordon State College since January 2009. She began as the Gordon @ Fort Valley Program Coordinator until May of 2012. She currently serves as the Career Services Coordinator, Non-Traditional Student Coordinator/Advisor, Professional Academic Advisor within the Student Success Center, and the advisor for the recently established GSC Toastmasters International Club. Tonya Moore also serves as a professor within the Business and Social Sciences Department.

A Michigan native, she earned her Bachelor's Degree from Tennessee State University, Nashville, TN and her Master's Degree from Bellarmine University, Louisville, Kentucky. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree from The University of Southern Mississippi in Human Capital Development.

Destiny Watson joined the Career Services Team during her first semester at Gordon in the Fall of 2017. Her involvement in the Student Ambassador Leaders Program is helping to improve her career readiness and team building skills. She is currently working on her prerequisite classes in hopes of having her Bachelors in nursing within the next two years.

LaRinda Wilder

LaRinda Wilder is a Senior at Gordon State College majoring in Human Services and will be graduating in December 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree. This is her second semester working within the Career Services Center as their new Student Assistant.

After graduation, she will be attending Valdosta State University to obtain a Master's Degree in Social Work. LaRinda's ultimate goal is to become a Substance Abuse Therapist or a Counseling Psychologist.

Courtney Vaughn

Courtney Vaughn is a sophomore at Gordon State College majoring in Human Services and will be graduating with her Bachelor's Degree in Spring of 2021. This is her second semester working with the Career Services Center.

After graduation, Courtney will be attending Columbus State University to further her education. There she plans to obtain a Master's and Doctorate Degree for psychology. Her number one goal is to help people become the best version of themselves.
